1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") govern the use of the online sports betting and casino platform operated under the brand name 555ace and accessible at https://555ace.cam (hereinafter "the Platform", "the Site", "555ace").

By accessing, browsing, registering on or otherwise using 555ace — whether as a visitor or a registered account holder — you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not accept any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through 555ace, including but not limited to: sports betting, in-play (live) betting, online casino games, live dealer games, jackpot games, promotional bonuses, loyalty programmes and any customer support services provided in connection with the above.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform by an eligible individual in accordance with these Terms.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits or other incentives issued by 555ace that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the process by which 555ace verifies the identity and eligibility of a player through submission of identity documents and related materials.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — the policies and procedures 555ace applies to detect and prevent financial crime in connection with account activity.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds (or a combination of bonus and real-money funds, as specified) before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Platform" means the 555ace website at https://555ace.cam, including any mobile applications or software provided in connection therewith.
• "We", "Us", "Our", "Operator" refers to the entity operating 555ace under applicable international licensing where relevant.
• "You", "Player", "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or not.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which the use of the Platform is prohibited or restricted by applicable law, including but not limited to any territory where operating such a service without local authorisation constitutes an offence.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction — to open an Account and use the Platform. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. 555ace applies strict age verification at the point of registration and again during KYC. If it is determined that you are under the required minimum age, your Account will be suspended, any winnings will be voided and any deposited funds may be returned less any losses incurred.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. By registering, you represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you. 555ace does not accept registrations from individuals located in Restricted Territories. The Platform reserves the right to decline registration or suspend accounts where it reasonably suspects a jurisdictional issue exists.

3.3 Registration Process

To open an Account you must:

• Provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address;
• Create a unique username and secure password;
• Confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy;
• Confirm that you meet the age and eligibility requirements set out in Sections 3.1 and 3.2.

You must not register using false or misleading information. 555ace reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration, including government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account. The operation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 555ace reserves the right to close all but one account, void any bets placed from duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonus funds held therein and withhold associated winnings.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 555ace will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login details. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Before withdrawals are processed, and in certain other circumstances, 555ace is required to verify your identity in accordance with our KYC and AML obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., national ID card, passport, driving licence);
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of the payment method used (e.g., a bank statement or wallet screenshot showing your name and account details);
• A selfie or video verification as requested by our compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal holds and, in some cases, Account restriction. 555ace handles all submitted KYC documentation in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.3 Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to completion of KYC and the absence of any unresolved breach of these Terms. Closure requests from players exercising self-exclusion will be treated with priority. See Section 9 for responsible gambling tools.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set out in the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method and jurisdiction. Deposit processing times depend on the payment method selected and are not guaranteed.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Before any withdrawal is processed, outstanding KYC requirements must be fulfilled, there must be no unresolved bonus wagering requirements attached to the funds being withdrawn, and the Account must be in good standing with no active investigations or restrictions. 555ace reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before releasing withdrawals.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by method and are provided as estimates only. 555ace does not guarantee specific withdrawal timelines. Where a withdrawal request cannot be fulfilled via the original deposit method, an alternative will be discussed with the player through our support channel.

5.3 Currency

Account balances may be maintained and displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) or another currency as configured in the cashier. Where currency conversion applies, the exchange rate used will be the rate applicable at the time of the transaction. 555ace does not guarantee or fix exchange rates and is not responsible for fluctuations.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook

All bets placed on the 555ace sportsbook are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules govern, among other things: the settlement of markets in the event of abandonment, postponement, void outcomes or result disputes; the handling of obvious pricing errors; the treatment of late bets; and the applicable odds format. Decimal odds are the default format on 555ace.

Live (in-play) bets are subject to additional rules regarding bet acceptance delays caused by data latency. 555ace reserves the right to suspend in-play markets and void late-accepted bets where results were already determined at the time the bet was placed.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on 555ace use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or employ professionally operated live dealer studios. Return to Player (RTP) figures shown within individual game information panels are theoretical long-run averages and do not represent guaranteed per-session returns. Game rules specific to each title are accessible via the in-game information panel.

6.3 Void Bets

555ace reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was placed after the relevant event or outcome had been determined; a manifest pricing error is identified; the bet was placed in breach of these Terms; or suspicious or fraudulent activity is associated with the wager. Where a bet is voided, the staked amount will be returned to the player's Account Balance.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits issued by 555ace are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated at the point of offer. In addition to any offer-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonus activity:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria may include account verification status, jurisdiction, and the absence of an active self-exclusion.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds that expire before the requirement is met will be forfeited.
• Where a minimum odds condition applies to qualifying bets, bets placed at lower odds will not count towards the wagering requirement.
• Maximum bet limits may apply when bonus funds are in use. Violation of maximum bet rules may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use. Patterns of bonus-only play designed to exploit promotions may result in bonus withdrawal and Account review.
• All bonus figures quoted on the Platform are illustrative unless confirmed in the active offer terms at the time of your registration or deposit.

7.2 Referral Programme

Where a referral programme is active, referral rewards are subject to the referred player completing the required verification and first deposit conditions. Referred players must be genuine new registrants who meet all eligibility requirements. Self-referral and fraudulent referrals will result in forfeiture of all associated rewards and may result in Account suspension.

7.3 Loyalty Programme

555ace operates a tiered loyalty programme. Tier status, cashback rates and associated benefits are determined by the Operator and are illustrative unless confirmed in current programme terms. The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the loyalty programme at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 555ace. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading or third-party registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not explicitly authorised;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities;
• Coordinating bets with other players to guarantee outcomes (collusion);
• Arbitrage betting designed to exploit pricing inconsistencies in a systematic manner;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud or money laundering;
• Using payment methods belonging to or in the name of a third party;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using VPN, proxy or similar circumvention tools;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users;
• Any conduct that, in the reasonable opinion of 555ace, constitutes fraud, dishonesty or an attempt to gain an unfair advantage.

9. Responsible Gambling

555ace is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It must never be used as a way to generate income or to recover financial losses.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, all accessible via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits can be set and adjusted. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds for defined periods can be configured to prevent overspending.
• Session Time Limits: Time reminders and automatic session cut-offs after a defined duration.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications at configurable intervals showing session duration and net position.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly by our support team — no justification is required.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 555ace Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without express prior written consent from the Operator.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

555ace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary downtime. The Operator will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for: any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities; losses arising from network outages, device failure or third-party service interruptions; or any loss resulting from your reliance on information presented on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the Operator's liability for: fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; death or personal injury caused by negligence; or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11.3 No Guarantee of Winnings

All gambling and betting involves risk. 555ace does not guarantee winnings, returns or profits of any kind. Past results, RTP figures and jackpot history are statistical or illustrative and do not predict future outcomes. You should only gamble amounts you are fully prepared to lose.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data by 555ace is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

In summary, 555ace collects personal data only as necessary to operate your Account, verify your identity, process transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and improve the Platform. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers. All data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection principles and the terms of our Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments to These Terms

555ace reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — for example, by posting a notice on the Platform, updating the effective date at the top of this page, or sending an email notification to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.3.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 555ace holds its applicable operating licence, to the extent those laws apply to this Agreement.

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or any other matter arising from your use of the Platform, you should contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all player complaints fairly and promptly. If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may be entitled to escalate the matter to an applicable dispute resolution body as specified in our licensing terms.
